You can access our Careers Page from the bottom of our home page at www.epsilon.com. Once you have targeted the job you are interested in and qualified for, click on the specific job title. Click on the button that says “Apply Now”. From there, you can register and create a login, if you haven’t done so already. You will be asked to complete an application and submit your resume to be reviewed by our Recruiting Department. You will also receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your application.
Yes. Feel free to apply to any position that suits your experience. You will be considered for each individual position, provided the requirements are met.
If your resume is a match for the position, you will be contacted from someone within our Recruiting Department for an initial screening. This screening will be to discuss the details of the position, as well as your background. If your resume does not match the requirements, your resume will be stored within our database for 6 months to be considered for future positions.
Once you have registered and created an account through our Careers Page, you may go back into your account and update your resume and contact information at any time.
When applying for a position and filling out the application, at the bottom of the preferences tab you will notice a section entitled “Referral Information.” Here you can enter your referrer’s name. If you are hired they will be rewarded through our Employee Referral Program.
Click on the “Email to a Friend” button found on the page for the specific job that you would like to refer your friend to. Then, fill in the form and send it along to your friend.
Yes. There are numerous groups and managers within Epsilon hiring similar profiles. Your resume will be stored within our database for 6 months, and matched against future requirements. You can also apply to future positions that are suited to your experience and interest.
